Audience privacy choices
Your place on a list is yours;
so is the right to leave it.
You can withdraw one kind of update, request a copy of your audience record, or ask for its deletion without opening a THS account.
A quiet, deliberate process
We confirm the mailbox first,
because privacy requests matter.
The first form does not reveal whether an address is in our audience records. If it can be matched, we send a one-time confirmation link; only your intentional click allows the requested withdrawal or private fulfillment to continue.
- Withdraw one purpose
- Choose local event updates or Society updates. The other purpose remains unchanged unless you make a separate, confirmed request for it.
- Export your record
- Request a private copy of the audience record associated with the mailbox after you confirm that the mailbox is yours.
- Request deletion
- Request deletion of your contact details and preferences. Our privacy notice explains which records we may need to retain.
Make the request
Choose exactly what you mean,
and confirm it privately.
The response below never confirms whether an address is on our list. A valid request receives a one-time email, and loading that email does nothing until you press its confirmation button.
Read the rule itself
The policy library remains the public record.
Use this form to manage your privacy choices. The privacy notice explains how your information is used, how long it is kept, and your rights.
