There is no such thing as too dressed up.
A black-tie evening of music, dancing, and new friendships for homeschool students in grades 9 to 12. Three themes are proposed. Ticket holders will choose the one that brings the evening to life.

Every ticket includes a vote for the Winter Formal theme. Purchase early to receive up to ten votes per ticket, all cast for your chosen theme. A pair purchased by October 15 carries twenty votes.

Every guest receives one professional printed photograph, because this night deserves more than a blurry phone photo.
Music, dancing, light snacks, water, lemonade, and plenty of room to arrive with a group or find one once you are there.
A final run of show will arrive with registration. The only plan for now: stay through the last song and make it count.

The dress code
This is the night to go all the way. Your January 9 portrait deserves the full look.
A suit is the minimum. Tuxedos are welcome. No jeans, shorts, cutoffs, or casualwear.
Think: polished, intentional, ready for the portrait.Long formal dresses are expected, with event-appropriate necklines, bodices, backs, slits, and sheer sections.
Questions are handled privately before the event, never at someone’s expense.“This is a classy ball, not the club.”
The parent brief
Every guest has a named ticket. Keep your QR code ready, complete your attendee details, and watch your account for the final arrival and pickup information.
Verified registration, emergency contacts, authorized pickup, and no walk-in admission.
Screened staff and volunteers, assigned zones, event leadership, and appropriate off-duty officer coverage.
Parent and student acknowledgments cover conduct, dress, medical needs, media, dismissal, and pickup.
