I understand that THS may send service messages needed for the account, membership, safety, or event activity I request.
- If you decline
- Declining this acknowledgement does not opt the household into marketing and does not stop a message that is necessary to secure or provide a requested service. THS should explain any feature that cannot operate without a reachable guardian address.
- If you later withdraw
- A guardian can reduce messages by changing the underlying service, cancelling a registration, or closing an account, subject to messages and records still needed for security, safety, billing, legal, or completed-transaction purposes.
1. Sender and purpose
The Homeschool Social (THS) is owned and operated by DotWin LLC in Texas, United States. These documents take effect on September 14, 2026. They apply to THS.social, the private Society and THS-operated activities. A feature is available only when it is offered in the application; publication of these policies does not promise that every programme or region is open.
DotWin LLC sends necessary service messages to the appropriate confirmed adult or student address. This is a notice, not marketing consent.

2. Messages covered
- Sign-in links, account invitations, security alerts and recovery information.
- Verification requests, guardian decisions, policy changes requiring action and safety notices.
- Payment receipts, renewal or cancellation information, failed-payment notices and refunds.
- Registration confirmations, schedule or venue changes and emergency or collection information for an activity you requested.
3. Your control
General news and event discovery require separate optional choices. Declining marketing does not stop necessary service messages. You can reduce service messages by cancelling the underlying activity or closing the account, subject to essential remaining legal, billing and safety communications. We do not send guardian billing details to a student merely because the student has an account.
