THS Conduct Covenant

1. Who follows these rules

The Homeschool Social (THS) is owned and operated by DotWin LLC in Texas, United States. These documents take effect on September 14, 2026. They apply to THS.social, the private Society and THS-operated activities. A feature is available only when it is offered in the application; publication of these policies does not promise that every programme or region is open.

These rules apply to students, guardians, guests, staff, hosts, volunteers and contractors in THS spaces and activities. Our Christian commitments to dignity, truth, hospitality, service and care are expressed through conduct. Faith conversations must respect conscience and boundaries; no person should face humiliation or pressure to disclose a belief.

2. Respect people

• No bullying, harassment, threats, stalking, hazing, discrimination, retaliation or coordinated humiliation.
• Respect a clear “no”. Do not pressure someone to disclose personal information, images, beliefs, money or private experiences.
• Disagree with an idea without attacking a person. Do not impersonate others, spread a knowingly false allegation or manipulate a report.
• Welcome appropriate access needs. Ask staff about a concern instead of deciding another person is unfit to belong.

3. Protect young people

• No sexual exploitation, sexualised contact with minors, grooming, intimate imagery, trafficking, doxxing, violent threats or instructions to evade safety controls.
• Adults use approved, supervised channels. No private adult-to-minor messages or off-platform contact arranged through a THS role.
• No unsupervised student-created meetups, secret venues, disappearing evidence or recording without the required permission.
• Do not publish another person’s identity, contact information, school, address, precise whereabouts or confidential report.

4. Use the platform honestly

Share material lawfully and respect copyright. No scams, spam, malicious files, credential collection, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass age, guardian or moderation controls. Student business experiments require the applicable approved plan and privacy boundaries. Do not pressure members to buy, invest, work or disclose customer data.

At events, follow the approved plan, capacity, supervision and arrival or collection instructions. Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons and conduct that threatens safety are prohibited in THS youth activities, subject to applicable law and clearly communicated venue arrangements.

5. Reports and urgent removal

Use an in-app report or email shelby@holdco.win. Immediate danger belongs with 911. Suspected child abuse in Texas must be reported to the appropriate authorities; THS’s internal process does not replace that duty. We preserve relevant evidence securely and do not tolerate retaliation.

For a non-consensual intimate image or synthetic depiction, email the same address with the subject “Urgent removal”. Provide the location or sufficient identifying information, a statement that publication was without consent, your contact details and an electronic or physical signature. An authorised representative may request removal. Do not attach the intimate image. We remove a validly reported depiction and known identical copies within 48 hours, as applicable, and provide a response channel.

6. Responses and appeals

Depending on seriousness, we may give guidance, remove material, require a repair plan, restrict a room, suspend access or end participation. Serious danger may require immediate action. Staff do not need to wait for a repeated incident to protect someone. A good-faith report is not proof of guilt; decisions consider available evidence.

You may ask for review by replying to a decision or emailing the contact within 30 days. A staff member who was not the original decision-maker reviews the matter where practicable. We aim to respond within 15 business days, explain any additional time needed, and protect confidential evidence. This process does not limit emergency reporting, privacy rights or legal remedies.
