- An authorised guardian may withdraw permission. THS will pause the affected youth access, subject to limited retention and safety actions described in the Privacy Notice.
1. Your place in the Society
The Homeschool Social (THS) is owned and operated by DotWin LLC in Texas, United States. These documents take effect on September 14, 2026. They apply to THS.social, the private Society and THS-operated activities. A feature is available only when it is offered in the application; publication of these policies does not promise that every programme or region is open.
Use your own account and your real age. Your guardian and THS must complete the checks and permissions for your seat. You may ask a question, decline an optional activity or report a concern without pressure to prove you belong.
2. What participation means
You may join the rooms, discussions and supervised activities actually offered to your age lane. An introduction or interest suggestion is an opportunity, not a friendship guarantee or ranking. Read each activity’s costs, expectations and adult-supervision arrangements before asking your guardian to approve it.
Do not arrange an unsupervised meetup through THS, move an adult conversation into a private channel or give someone your sign-in link. A mentor may not use their role to seek personal contact, money, employment or an off-platform relationship with a student.
3. Your words and work
Contribute work you created or have permission to share. Respect the Conduct Covenant and other people’s boundaries. THS moderates rooms and can restrict or remove content. Private work is not permission to publish it to the internet. The exact public version needs the required staff review and guardian approval.
Do not include home addresses, contact details, passwords, financial information, another person’s private story or identifying photographs in a public artefact. Do not upload sexual content or material that exploits or humiliates another person.
4. Getting help
Use the report control or contact DotWin LLC at shelby@holdco.win if something feels wrong. Give enough information to find the concern, but do not forward intimate images or dangerous files. For immediate danger, call 911. A trusted adult can help you make a report.
THS may preserve relevant evidence and notify appropriate authorities when required. Texas law requires prompt reporting of suspected child abuse; telling a supervisor does not replace a person’s legal reporting duty. We may withhold guardian notification when law or the student’s safety requires it. We cannot promise absolute secrecy about a safety report.
5. Fair decisions and leaving
We aim to explain restrictions in language you can understand and allow a review, while protecting other people’s private information. You may stop optional participation or ask your guardian to withdraw required permission. We retain only information needed under the Privacy Notice.
When you turn 18, youth-room access ends. You decide whether to join the separate adult Chronicle and make its privacy choices. Your childhood posts and identity records are not automatically made public. Accepting this participation agreement does not make you personally liable for your guardian’s purchases or waive rights the law protects.
