1. Permission and who is responsible

This is a girls-only event for homeschool high school students ages 14–18. The same eligibility applies to the free waitlist. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for a student under 18. An 18-year-old student may register for themselves. By signing, you confirm your authority and give permission for the named student to take part in the Friendsgiving games and social activities on November 21, 2026, from 7 to 9 p.m. in Coppell, Texas.

2. Student-led, with adults present

Students plan and run the activities; adults supervise the event. Parents are welcome to stay at no additional charge. This is a social event, not individual childcare, transportation, or medical care. Adults cannot provide continuous one-to-one supervision. Students must follow safety instructions and stay within the designated event area.

3. Games, food, and allergies

Active games and shared food involve risks, including falls, collisions, choking, and allergic reactions. Participation in a particular game or eating a particular food is optional. Light snacks and drinks are provided, and guests may bring dishes. Food may be homemade, ingredients may be uncertain, and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Tell us about relevant allergies and discuss any required arrangements with the organizer before attending. Bring any needed prescribed emergency medication and an appropriate plan.

4. Contact, pickup, and emergencies

Provide a reachable emergency contact and accurate pickup information. Arrange transportation and pickup by 9 p.m.; THS does not provide transportation. A parent who leaves must remain reachable. You authorize organizers to contact the emergency contact and call emergency services when reasonably necessary. This does not authorize unqualified people to provide medical treatment.

5. Respect and belongings

Be kind, respect personal boundaries and the venue, and follow adult safety instructions. Bullying, harassment, weapons, alcohol, drugs, and unsafe behavior are not permitted. A student may be asked to stop an activity or leave with their guardian for safety reasons. Keep personal belongings with you; the organizers do not provide secure storage.

6. Registration, privacy, and records

Admission is $5 per student and covers light snacks and drinks. Accompanying parents stay free. After 60 student places are reserved, families may join a free waitlist. A waitlist entry is not admission and does not guarantee a place. We invite waitlisted families in order as places become available; payment is due only when claiming a place. Registration is complete only after payment is confirmed. The exact venue address is available privately in your account after confirmation. Profile photos are optional and private to your account and authorized event staff; uploading one is not publicity or marketing permission. Allergy and emergency information is used for event operations and is not shown to other families. Newsletter consent is optional and separate.

7. Your legal rights and electronic signature

Your typed name and checked acknowledgments record your permission and understanding of these arrangements. You may print or save this page. This acknowledgment does not release a minor’s claims, excuse gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or remove any right or duty that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact legal@dotwin.win with event, cancellation, accessibility, or agreement questions and privacy@dotwin.win for privacy requests. If the organizer cancels, the event fee will be refunded.
